Colten Montgomery's Lone Howl power driver is made with shiny metal flakes in this third edition of the popular signature series. The three wolves pictured on the disc are a tribute to the original Lone Howl released in 2019. This edition is the first ever PD in the new metal flake plastic from Discmania and it did not disappoint!
A PD is an overstable distance driver which, due to its stability, is very reliable in all conditions. For experienced players who throw with great power it is a fantastic all-around driver and for newer players it is a good disc for throwing into the wind. The disc requires a lot of power to fly longer distances.
Compared to the other reinvented PDs from Discmania's own factory in Sweden, the stability of the Lone Howl 3 is stated to lie somewhere between the rather overstable C-Line and the straighter Nordic Phenom. The Nordic Phenom was released in a special blend s-line earlier this year.
