GameProofer eTAG

Smart tag that tracks your throws for net practice and simulator play

The GameProofer eTAG is a small sensor that you mount in the center of your disc. When you throw, it records how the disc moves and sends the data over Bluetooth to the GameProofer app on your phone, where you see the results right after the throw. The tag is designed in Finland and built for net practice and Link Disc Golf Simulator.

The app shows speed, spin, wobble, hyzer angle, nose angle and launch angle for every throw. Instead of relying on feel, you can compare throws, try a change in your form and see whether it makes a difference. The eTAG works with Link Disc Golf Simulator with zero latency, but simulator access is sold separately. The tag has no GPS, so it does not measure throw distance.

The tag clicks into a base unit that you tape to the disc, and the included centering tool helps you hit the exact center. Three base units come in the box, so you can move the tag between three different discs. It weighs 4.6 g, turns on with a button and runs on a replaceable coin cell battery that lasts around 1000 throws.
