A classic beadless putter with a straight flight path

The Aviar is one of Innova's first molds and a true classic among putters. The beadless rim gives a comfortable grip and a clean release, and the shape works just as well for putting as it does for approaches. This one comes in DX plastic with Innova's 2026 Halloween stamp, a tradition that goes back to 1997.

The Aviar flies straight and finishes with a small, predictable fade. That makes it easy to trust on putts inside C1 and C2, where the disc needs to hold its line to the basket. It is just as useful for approaches and short drives when you want to park it close, whether you throw backhand or forehand. Since it doesn't need much power to fly straight, it is a natural choice as a first putter.

DX is Innova's base plastic and offers good grip, even in wet conditions. It wears in with use, and the disc gradually becomes more willing to turn. That is why plenty of players carry several DX Aviars in their bag, each with its own flight.
